The role requires basic mechanical skills and the ability to work across multiple projects in a safety-driven factory. Responsibilities include following Shop Traveler and blueprints, documenting daily records, and maintaining clean work areas.

Responsibilities

• Check with department supervisor on machine and job assignment.
• Discuss with current welder about machine performance and shift issues.
• Set-up welding equipment per procedures and requirements.
• Fabricate welding jigs when needed.
• Create first-time job inspection checklist.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and obtain QC approval.
