Job summary

Guest Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Orlando to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, loading and shipping. You will oversee staff performance, enforce safety standards and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily activities of warehouse workers to ensure procedures, quality and safety.
• Staffing, training, performance management and corrective action as needed.
• Review procedures and optimize operations for efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor expenses and support daily activities with resources; implement improvements to reduce costs.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping policies are followed; conduct safety walks and training.
