Job summary

Upper Lakes Foods, Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, ensure safety, and drive efficient order selection and loading processes.

You will work hands-on with the team, manage daily priorities, and collaborate with management to improve workflows. Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Transportation/Logistics, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Competent in spoken/written English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift team; guide daily workflow and on-time order preparation.
• Perform pre-shift meetings with clear agendas and safety updates.
• Oversee order selection, staffing, and workflow to meet daily goals.
• Supervise forklift operators and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Manage WMS for truck/trailer placement and loading efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements with management.
