Job summary

Life’s Abundance is seeking a Warehouse Team Member at our McHenry, IL location. This full-time, first-shift role offers a starting pay of $18.91 per hour, a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with no night or weekend shifts. Generous holiday pay and benefits are included.

Responsibilities include pulling and packing orders, staging goods, and assisting with receiving, returns, and cycle counts. We value reliability, honesty, teamwork, and accountability, and will train you to handle

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, honest, and accountable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for several hours.
• Positive, productive team player with onboarding/cross-training mindset.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, first shift.
• Forklift certification is a plus or willing to obtain within 90 days, paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders.
• Assisting with inventory management such as receiving, returns, and cycle counts.
• Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
