Job summary

JW Winco, Inc. is seeking a First Shift Warehouse Associate – Picking to accurately locate, select, and prepare customer orders on a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift. You will work with warehouse, inspection, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment and staging.

Responsibilities include picking by ticket, verifying item numbers and quantities, locating inventory, and using handheld devices to process orders. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and comfortable with ERP

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse scanning systems or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders based on pick tickets, order details, and system requirements.
• Verify order accuracy, including item numbers, quantities, and product specifications.
• Locate and retrieve inventory from warehouse shelving and storage locations efficiently.
• Stage completed orders for inspection, packing, or shipping processes.
• Utilize warehouse systems and handheld devices to process and track orders.
• Assist with inventory movement and organization within the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inspection, and shipping teams to support workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
