Job summary

JW Winco, Inc. is seeking a First Shift Warehouse Associate – Picking to accurately locate, select, and prepare customer orders on a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift. You will work with warehouse, inspection, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment and staging.

Responsibilities include picking by ticket, verifying item numbers and quantities, locating inventory, and using handheld devices to process orders. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and comfortable with ERP

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse scanning systems or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

The First Shift Warehouse Associate – Picking is responsible for accurately locating, selecting, and preparing customer orders during the first shift. This role focuses on efficiently picking products from warehouse inventory, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring orders are staged properly for the next steps in the fulfillment process. The Warehouse Associate – Picking works closely with warehouse, inspection, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders based on pick tickets, order details, and system requirements
• Verify order accuracy, including item numbers, quantities, and product specifications
• Locate and retrieve inventory from warehouse shelving and storage locations efficiently
• Stage completed orders for inspection, packing, or shipping processes
• Utilize warehouse systems and handheld devices to process and track orders
