Job summary

Staples is seeking a warehouse associate to support the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team in Houston. The role may include Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian tasks, with safety-first procedures and a pay-for-performance structure.

Typical shifts run 12:00pm–8:30pm, Monday–Friday, with opportunities to move between roles as needed. Full-time and part-time benefits are offered, along with PPE and training.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear required safety shoes.
• Team-oriented approach to help colleagues and customers.
• Basic English language skills for verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle Order Picker tasks to prepare customer orders accurately and timely.
• Restock shelves by scanning labels, cutting boxes, and prepping the area.
• Bulk Selector duties include selecting product, packing totes, and moving loads.
• Custodian duties: cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the facility per safety rules.
