Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a Warehouse Production Associate in Mohawk, TN for 1st shift. The role offers $17.00 per hour with a temp-to-hire path and weekly pay. Schedule typically Monday–Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with shift hours potentially varying for seasonal needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools as needed.
• Load and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
• Label, sort, and organize products and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
