You'll work with onsite customers and partners, drive engagement, manage performance, and promote high standards while maintaining clear communication across levels.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment; warehousing or 3PL experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules, assign jobs and train staff.
• Guide, counsel and encourage employees; improve potential and standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with onsite customers and partners.
• Provide a safe work environment through training and safety inspections.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
