Job summary

Havis, Inc. in Warminster, PA, seeks a Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor for 1st shift (6:30am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri). The role oversees daily warehouse activities, inventory management, and material movement to ensure safe, accurate production support.

You will lead a team, monitor performance, and uphold quality and safety standards. Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years in warehousing or related fields, ERP/software experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years in warehouse, materials, logistics, inventory, or production support.
• At least one year of experience with ERP/inventory/warehouse software systems.
• Prior supervisory or team coordination experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement activities to support production operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership to warehouse personnel and monitor workflow performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements; support continuous improvement.
• Communicate priorities and issues to the Warehouse/Materials Manager.
