Job summary

Louisville Tile Distributors Inc is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team of four, ensure excellent customer service, and champion process improvement. The role covers audits, KPIs, and policy adherence, while also performing duties of a Warehouse Associate.

Qualifications

3 years warehouse experience.
Forklift Experience and able to complete Certification Class within 7 days of hire.
Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Warehouse Management System
High School Diploma
Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs. in accordance with safety training

Responsibilities

Lead a team of warehouse associates.
Picking, packing, receiving, and shipping orders – will call or delivery.
Document and inspect product for damage, shade variation, and shipping accuracy.
Departmental communication within the branch.
Communication with Corporate Departments, including Purchasing.
Reporting all issues to Regional Warehouse Managers.
Attend all warehouse meetings and travel for annual conferences.
Inventory Control: weekly cycle counts, vendor returns, adjustments, obsolete management, expired items, and consolidation.
Maintenance and cleaning of warehouse, equipment, building, and grounds via weekly checklist.
Manage and review weekly reports to identify issues, correct, and train team members.
