You will perform routine lubrication, repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment, assist contractors, and manage inventory and safety procedures while adhering to company standards. This position offers comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance."
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills.
• Aptitude to investigate and solve mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine lubrications, repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor work by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
