You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate with contractors while maintaining inventory and safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance programs.
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills.
• Aptitude to investigate and solve various mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and troubleshooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor all work performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ensure safety standards are followed per company, local, state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• May operate equipment and be equipment certified, depending on location.
• Handle special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
