This full-time role offers base pay starting at $18.00 per hour and a schedule from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed. You will operate machines, read production orders, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in safe and efficient operation on a production line.
• Includes knowledge of line equipment, processes and procedures.
• Detail and quality oriented with dependable work style.
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word) required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Forklift and crane experience is a plus; training possible.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operates machine and guides line staff to meet goals.
• Read and understand production orders.
• Meet productivity and quality requirements.
• Use forklift, crane and properly document produced materials.
• Maintain clear communication with team, supervisor and management.
• Stand/walk 8–12 hours daily; tolerate outdoor conditions.
