Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Leominster, MA to lead daily warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure timely shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and strong accountability on the floor.

You will establish priorities, optimize staffing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep the operation efficient and aligned with production commitments.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in warehouse leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, shipping/receiving, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and material-handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees across daily operations.
• Establish daily work priorities based on shipping, receiving, inventory, and production needs.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules to maintain appropriate coverage.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, quality, and overall department performance.
• Oversee outbound shipments, incoming materials, loading, unloading, and product storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and warehouse controls.
• Ensure materials and finished goods are properly handled, stored, and documented.
