Link Snacks is seeking an Operations Lead for the 3rd shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00 am–6:30 pm) in the Warehouse / Operations teams. You will lead a departmental crew, ensure on-time production, and oversee receiving and shipping in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.

The role requires forklift experience, RF scanner usage, and strong communication across departments. We offer a pathway for advancement, competitive pay with bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

• Maintain great communication with all departments in the Distribution Center.
• Handle customer, carrier, and employee issues.
• Follow set company and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and guidelines at all times.

Responsible for successfully leading the departmental team producing, completing tasks, and receiving and shipping product in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Keeps crew on task and meets deadlines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The hiring range for this role is $21.81 - $27.26 (Hourly). Actual wages will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment is a plant / office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet / slippery floors. Travel may be required.
