Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead for our Ohio warehouse to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate inventory, and drive on-time orders. You’ll coach staff, assign tasks, and supervise shift execution while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, use of SAP/WMS, and the ability to train a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, possibly weekends.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and support performance improvements.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain accurate documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and safety adherence.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
