Job summary

Cardinal Health – Columbus CHLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) to support inbound and outbound operations. You will follow procedures to pick, pack, and ship products, while learning multiple warehouse functions and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

This role offers training on equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks, with overtime as needed and a possibility of growth within a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Comfort with a fast-paced distribution environment and meeting performance quotas.
• Basic proficiency in English to read/write documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
