Job summary

Meijer is hiring order selectors for our Grand Rapids warehouse located at 2725 Walker Avenue NW, off from 3 Mile and Walker Ave, next to the corporate office. This is a first shift operation with starting wage $19.75 and performance incentives that can add up to $250 per month.

Schedule is Mon–Thu, 6:00 am–4:00 pm, with weekend work during peak seasons. Benefits include paid holidays after 6 months, PTO up to 40 hours after one year, 401(k) with company match after one year, and tuition

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Comfortable driving equipment (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Drive a mid-rider pallet jack to designated selection locations.
• Accurately hand-select product from selection locations.
• Place labels on correct products.
• Bring completed assignment to designated loading area.
• Follow established inventory control practices.
• Ensure building sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a good work and attendance record.
• Effectively communicate with team members.
