Hampel Corp. is seeking a first shift Warehouse Assembly Distribution Specialist to pick finished goods and assemble components for timely shipments. You will keep the WAD area organized and ensure materials are stored correctly, while supporting 5S practices and safe forklift operation.

The position includes a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and a quarterly profit share based on team performance. Join a collaborative team focused on meeting customer ship dates and quality standards.

Formación

• Experience reading shop orders and following work instructions.
• Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Proficient in basic measuring tools and QC reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret shop orders and visual work instructions.
• Safely operate tools including routers, drills, cutting tools, and finishing tools.
• Operate bandsaws for trimming and scrap cutting.
• Use tape measures, rulers, and heat guns for measurement.
• Record data in the system and QC reports.
• Pull orders, inventory, and shipping using barcode system.
