Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking operations team members for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Sparks, NV. This is a first shift, full-time role with regular hours, some benefits starting on day one, and a focus on receiving, picking, and shipping for our client orders.

You will report to the Operations Manager and may cross-train across distribution departments or specialize in a specific area. A positive attitude and basic computer familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
• Overtime as needed (typically on Fridays)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage customer order batches through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support daily wave planning and order fulfillment.
• Communicate with stockers regarding products that require replenishment to support order completion.
• Resolve order processing issues to minimize delays and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system records.
• Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
