Job summary

Keefe Group in Sparks, NV operates a fast-paced warehouse serving multiple businesses and is seeking operations team members for a first-shift role. You will report to the Operations Manager and help receive, pick, pack, and ship orders in a non-retail environment.

The position is full-time with cross-training across inbound, commissary, and bulk operations, with opportunities to specialize. Keefe Group offers DailyPay and a comprehensive benefits package with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select product for individual customer orders in Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory and correct discrepancies.
• Use WMS systems and mobile scan devices to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean workspace and safety practices.
• Pursue forklift/MHE certification.
