Job summary

Job Title: Utility Cleaning Specialist – Industrial Maintenance

Pay:$15.00 per hour

Benefits:After 90 days

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable, full-time Utility Cleaning Specialist to maintain our industrial facility. In this role, you will operate industrial floor cleaning equipment and perform deep-cleaning duties to keep our production floor safe, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial cleaning machinery (e.g., auto-scrubbers, floor sweepers, pressure washers) to clean and maintain factory floors.
• Perform routine deep cleaning, trash removal, and spill cleanup across production areas.
• Standardize equipment cleaning protocols and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Inspect machinery before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards.

Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Footwear Requirement: Steel-toe work boots are strictly required on duty.
• Safety & PPE: Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including safety glasses, high-visibility vests, and ear protection as designated.
• Ability to handle physical labor, stand or walk for long shifts, and operate heavy floor-care equipment.
