Job summary

MW Components in Greer, SC is seeking a dependable janitorial associate to clean and sanitize factory floors, production areas, restrooms, offices, and break rooms. You will operate floor scrubbers, sweep machines, buffers, and other cleaning equipment to maintain a safe, orderly facility.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, debris removal, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance or safety issues. The role may involve overtime and exposure to industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, warehouse, or factory cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience operating floor scrubbers and industrial sweep machines preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and working around machinery.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
