Responsibilities

• Read production work orders and perform stitching according to specifications.
• Adhere to Burlington Medical Quality Standards.
• Ensure orders are complete and error-free before moving to the next station.
• Process orders FIFO or as directed to maximize flow.
• Clarify questions with quality team or supervisor as needed.
• Maintain a safe, 5S-compliant work area and report hazards.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
