Job summary

Nolte Precise Manufacturing, located on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks a first shift Shipping and Receiving Technician. The role runs 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime possible as needed.

You will verify shipments, prepare items for dispatch, operate the forklift, and coordinate with carriers to meet delivery schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Safety and accuracy are essential in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office and general computer skills required.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Crane and hoist experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming/outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
• Determine shipment method using routes and rates knowledge.
• Affix shipping labels and ensure compliance with bills of lading.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move product.
• Load, unload, store materials and verify against purchase orders.
• Communicate with carriers for pickups and special instructions.
• Maintain clean shipping/receiving area and follow safety policies.
