Summary

Responsible for operating forklifts and cherry pickers to unload materials and merchandise from incoming trucks and picking products for shipment.

Duties

• Operate forklifts and cherry pickers.
• Accurately pick parts throughout the warehouse.
• Weigh products using proper scales.
• Check part numbers and quantities with high accuracy.
• Pack orders into shipping cartons, verifying all components and customer requirements.
• Read customer order notes and fulfill special requirements.
• Maintain stock of warehouse and shipping supplies.
• Assist in inventory counting and audits.
• Report stock issues, defective materials, shortages, or questionable conditions.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• RF handheld experience preferred.
• Certified to operate forklifts and cherry pickers.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, communicate verbally, use hands, reach above shoulders, and lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 65 lbs occasionally.

Working Conditions

Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
