Job summary

Tyson Foods in New London, WI is seeking a Semi Dry Mixer Operator for 1st shift to set up and operate tow motor, mixers, grinders and related equipment in a high-volume meat processing environment.

The role requires handling heavy materials, accurate SAP documentation, and potential rotation with other process positions. Prior manufacturing or machine-operator experience is preferred; overtime and tow motor certification may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of work history with the same employer
• Machine Operator experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• RF Scanner experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Move buckets weighing 280 pounds and tanks weighing 2900 pounds from holding cooler to grinding room.
• Move 200 pounds of meat with a shovel or fork from strainers, correctors, or combos.
• Operate tow motor and hand mules, dumpers, grinders, mixers, emulsifiers.
• Complete all required paperwork and SAP functions; record product information accurately.
