Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer for 1st Shift (MEM32) in Memphis. You will perform regular walking patrols, monitor access points, document incidents, and respond quickly to alarms and emergencies.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record. We offer paid training at the state minimum wage where allowed, competitive wages, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Driving record must be clean; license held for at least two years if under 21.
• This is a driving post with good MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine walking patrols to ensure safety and report security concerns.
• Monitor facility access points and verify identities/credentials.
• Maintain precise logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
• Use a tablet to complete security reports and documentation.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance in a clean, pressed uniform.
