• Monitor/operate/dispatch response to security systems.
• Provide escort services for occupants as requested.
• Answer calls, provide information during business hours and after hours.
• Respond to emergencies and investigate disturbances.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity.
• Secure facilities and enforce policies.
• Investigate and prepare incident reports.
