Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Associate to ensure accurate orders, meet hourly targets, and preserve product integrity throughout the distribution process. The role reports to a Distribution Supervisor or Operations Manager and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We value reliable team players who can handle overtime and weekends when needed, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to changing conditions while maintaining accuracy and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and hand-held devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math calculations for selecting, counting, and checking work.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures and documentation to maintain product quality.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Work cross-functionally to meet daily goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and organize work area.
• Record time worked accurately per policy.
