Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Associate to help ensure accurate orders, meet hourly targets, and maintain product integrity throughout the warehouse.

The role reports to a Distribution Supervisor or Operations Manager and requires ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate RF scanners and pallet jacks in a non climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Prior distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and hand-held device preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math calculations for selecting, counting, and checking work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures to maintain high quality finished products and documentation.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet daily productivity goals.
• General housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the work area.
• Record time worked accurately according to policy.
• Follow Sur La Table policies and SOPs.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
