United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support general duties in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will unload, sort, stock, and assist in order fulfillment while following safety guidelines.

This position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide network.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, possess good communication, and be comfortable operating powered equipment.

Qualifications

• Understand Safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WHS).
• Strong knowledge of RF systems used in warehouses.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to understand procedures in other warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and ensures safety of jack equipment.
• Communicates with loaders about unloading sequence.
• Unloads returns; organizes and stores products.
• Reports large quantity returns to supervisor.
• Unloads totes, pallet parts, and organizes storage locations.
• Maintains daily shift communication and schedules.
• Assists in training staff and monitoring productivity.
• Participates in cross-training across warehouse functions.
• Adheres to HACCP and SQF policies as applicable.
