Qualifications

• Experience in receiving or inventory management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area.
• Label and store materials in designated locations.
• Update storage locations to maximize space.
• Implement FIFO inventory rotation and track receipt dates.
• Audit inventory regularly.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely distribution.
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Train and supervise staff on FIFO procedures.
