Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Arlington, TN is seeking a Production Tech I for 1st shift. You will issue materials to manufacturing orders, perform packaging operations, create labels, and operate digital scales while maintaining accurate data in our systems.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of manufacturing experience. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet objectives and ensure continuous production.

Qualifications

• High school or GED preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issues materials to manufacturing orders.
• Packaging operations (blister, pouch, carton, shrink wrap).
• Makes labels.
• Fills out routers correctly in Device History Record Management.
• Performs preventive maintenance on time.
• Operate digital scales and cleaning components.
• Data entry - entering required production data into systems.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleanings.
• Participate in daily management activities.
• Maintain dependable work schedule and punctuality.
• Adjust work hours and overtime as needed to support priorities.
