Job summary

Motus Integrated Technologies in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a Production Team Member—entry-level or experienced—to join our manufacturing team at the Spartanburg facility. The role works 5:45 am to 2:15 pm, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, and includes a competitive wage and full benefits after 60 days.

Expect to learn and perform multiple production tasks, maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a supportive team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Standing for 8 hours per day with occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures and documentation requirements.
• Use hand tools with mechanical aptitude.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S and PPE rules.
• Monitor housekeeping and plant organization.
• Address safety and environmental concerns and quality issues toward zero defects.
• Train to operate and adjust the production process.
• Direct and monitor execution of the production schedule.
• Inspect parts and perform process troubleshooting as needed.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement suggestions.
• Perform daily first piece and process inspections.
