Motus Integrated Technologies is hiring an Assembly Operator for the night shift in Spartanburg, SC. The role offers a $17.50 hourly wage plus a $1 shift premium, with 10–12 hour rotating shifts and a direct-hire path. Benefits start after 60 days and there are opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Aufgaben

• Follow all procedures and documentation requirements.
• Use hand tools with mechanical aptitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per 5S and PPE.
• Monitor safety, environmental concerns and quality toward zero defects.
• Operate and adjust the production process after training.
• Direct and monitor the execution of the production schedule.
• Inspect parts and assist with process troubleshooting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and escalation process.
• Perform daily first piece and process inspections.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
