Endurable Building Products, part of the UFP Site Built group, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift in Brooklyn Center, MN. This hands-on role drives daily production, leads a multi-department team, and emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency to meet targets.

The ideal candidate brings manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff while resolving issues to keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Post high school education is preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience; 1–3 years in people management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Citrix and internal UFPI systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily production operations across departments.
• Motivate and develop team members to maximize productivity.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; participate in safety committees.
