Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Hollywood, FL location. The role is first shift, 6:00am–3:00pm, Monday through Friday, focusing on safe, efficient manufacturing practices and meeting quality standards.

You will supervise a production team, manage line performance and budgets, and ensure readiness and safety of equipment. Prior experience in manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in production/manufacturing.
• Experience supervising people and budgets.
• Proficiency with basic computer and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Manage line efficiencies, KPIs and downtime.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment per SOPs.
• Ensures equipment is in working order and conditions are safe.
• Verify line readiness at start-up and supervise changeovers.
• Oversee packaging and product quality to meet standards.
