Job summary

Coke Florida (Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC) is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Jacksonville location on the 2nd shift, starting at 3:00pm until finish. You will oversee production teams, ensuring safe operations, quality standards, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, monitoring line performance, and managing labor and OPEX budgets while maintaining equipment readiness and safe working conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience managing people and budgets is required.
• Basic computer and database application skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Manage line efficiencies, key performance indicators and down time.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensures equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
• Verify the readiness of the production line at start-up and supervise change overs.
• Manage overall package and product quality to ensure all standards and specifications.
