FOX Factory Holding Corp. seeks a Supervisor, Production - 1st shift (5am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday) in Gainesville, GA, to lead manufacturing teams and ensure efficient production flow. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching, and enforcing safety and quality standards on a fast-paced shop floor.

Strong leadership and lean manufacturing familiarity are required. The role emphasizes supervision, process improvement, and collaboration across departments to meet production targets

Competenze

• Strong leadership capabilities and people management experience.
• Solid knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Educational background in manufacturing or engineering is preferred.

• Supervise staff and organize workflow to meet production goals.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise job results; coach and discipline employees.
• Schedule and assign personnel; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
