Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for 1st shift (6:30am–3:00pm) to join its manufacturing team in Minnesota. You will set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations while producing high‑quality products for customers.

Qualifications

• Read, write, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Willingness to learn, problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Multi-tasks and keeps up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborates and follows instructions of leads and management to accomplish daily work assignments.
• Moves and packages raw materials and finished goods, inspects product quality, identifies and corrects defects, maintains accurate production records, and operates all assigned equipment and processes to support manufacturing goals.
