Job summary

Conagra Brands at the Henning, Illinois plant is hiring for a 1st shift Production Operator. The role supports continuous production by monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment and supplying lines to keep operations flowing. You will work with a team of over 150 associates.

The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting pay at $21.14 per hour. Overtime may be required and safety PPE is provided to maintain quality and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• This is a physical position requiring lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Manufacturing environment with loud machinery and PPE provided.
• Overtime may be required to meet production demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of machines and equipment to keep lines running.
• Conduct product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
• Collaborate with departments to meet production demand and maintain quality.
• Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
