Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a machine operator to monitor and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring continuous output for Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will join a team of over 500 associates.

This 1st shift role offers a 4-day schedule (Mon-Thu, occasional Friday), starting pay around $19.49/hour with opportunities to work overtime as needed. Health, retirement, and growth benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 40+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.
• Commitment to safety — PPE is provided, including ear protection.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.
• Follow lock out tag out procedures
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure our products meet consumer and company standards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.
