Job summary

CompleteStaff seeks a 1st shift Production Manager to meet both short and long-term production objectives. This leader will supervise low-high production operations in a fast-paced non-union manufacturing environment, leading hourly shift employees in a high mix, medium volume setting to meet objectives.

The role requires conducting performance reviews, discussing attendance and recommending wage adjustments, promotions, etc., while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are

Qualifications

3+ years of Manufacturing Supervisory/Management experience required.
Three to Five years’ experience working in electrical assembly, preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise hourly shift employees in a high mix, medium volume environment.
Lead production operations to meet short- and long-term objectives.
Conduct performance reviews and discuss attendance; recommend wage adjustments and promotions.
Provide regular progress reports to the General Manager.
Maintain safety compliance and enforce labor contract provisions as needed.
Communicate daily with managers and peers about operating conditions and procedure improvements.
Ensure on-time workflow and optimal utilization of manpower, machines, tooling, and methods.
Directly supervise approximately 25 non-supervisory employees.
