Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Lead for the 1st shift at the Wilsonville, Oregon site. The role focuses on leading manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and PLC teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be the owner of accurate, up to date area Tier 1 boards and scheduling tools; Lead Tier 1 meetings.
• Collaborate with line leads, PLC, and line Supervisor to flex labor as needed.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and PLC to identify and resolve production interrupters.
• Communicate Manufacturing Change Notices and ensure all posted area documentation is current and accurate.
• Support QC processes and DMR/NCR activities; participate in CI initiatives.
