Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. This management role focuses on daily production flow, safety, and bottom-line results, with hands-on responsibility for hiring, training and guiding entry-level staff on one of our shifts.

Responsibilities include meeting daily productivity and quality requirements, maintaining inventory control and enforcing safety policies across the plant, while training partners on safety standards and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on a fast-paced shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety standards are followed, including OSHA compliance.
