Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign workers to production lines to meet production requirements.
• Assist with the operation of equipment; research production delays or inefficiencies.
• Participate in training of employees across the production department.
• Communicate operational issues to the Production Supervisor or Production Director.
• Assist with maintaining an accurate downtime record.
• Assist with Production Daily/Weekly Meetings.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Production Shift Supervisor.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.
