Job summary

Truvant in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and monitor daily production, oversee machine processes, and ensure on-time customer dates. You will supervise Production Associates and Machine Operators, manage line set-ups, changeovers, and packaging materials.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory and manufacturing experience, plus a High School Diploma or GED. On-the-job training is provided and a strong focus on safety and quality is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• On the job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production for the machine process.
• Assist in ensuring production rates and customer dates are met.
• Supervise Production Associates and Machine Operators as first level of supervision.
• Ensure supplies are continuously available for production.
• Set up machines, changeovers, and process set-ups.
• Verify correct packaging material is in use.
• Correct workstation errors and perform minor repairs to keep process running.
• Monitor hourly job rate for productivity.
• Work with Quality to report defects and ensure quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of production orders and labor allocation forms.
• Ensure smooth operation of workstations and daily orders.
• Provide training and mentoring to employees.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Maintain a safe production floor and address hazards.
• Seek continuous improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
