Typical hours are first shift with potential overtime and some Saturdays. This position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork to keep production on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience picking orders in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Ability to assemble complete kits accurately.
• Forklift experience and safe operation.
• Basic computer skills to review work orders and track inventory.
• Strong attention to detail for part numbers and quantities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick parts and materials based on orders or schedules.
• Assemble complete kits for production line operations.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications before staging.
• Deliver completed kits to designated production areas promptly.
• Maintain inventory organization and proper storage locations.
• Use computer systems to review work orders and update status.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Perform picking, packing, and order building for shipping/receiving as needed.
• Operate forklift to move materials and kits within the facility.
• Follow safety guidelines and SOPs in warehouse and production areas.
